What to Expect

My hope is that each session feels like a container for exploration, connection, restoration, and grounding. I am passionate about cultivating a space for all clients that is safe, informative, and healing.

  • Booking happens totally online. Upon making payment and choosing your time, you will be sent an intake form to fill out so I can best begin to plan your session.

    Returning clients may book online anytime, or in person after their appointment.

  • For new clients, I encourage you to schedule a free virtual consultation if you have any questions or would feel more comfortable getting to know eachother first before beginning bodywork.

    During your first session, we’ll spend the first 5-10 minutes going through your intake forms and talk about any other relevant histories, possible triggers/or anywhere you might wish for me to stay away from, and answer any questions you might have about the treatment.

  • In ongoing sessions, we’ll continue open with an opportunity for you to share the areas or themes you would like to focus on, how you might want to feel afterwards, and any questions, expectations, anticipations, and goals for the session.

  • Whatever modality we’re working with, your comfort will be prioritized throughout the session, whether that means working around your clothing or draping a sheet over your body. If you know you’d like to remain clothed during a session, make sure whatever you wear is comfortable and allows for free movement of your body.

    Typically CTM sessions involve clients to be in their undergarments, but a bathing suit, loose shorts and a tank top, etc. are also fine!

    A blanket or sheet will always be offered during all sessions if wanted for temperature or comfort.

  • At the end of every session, we will sit together to check in and re-establish grounding and observe any shifts that may have come up during session, and discuss any questions, take-home care, or anything that may have come up during or after the session that you wish to discuss.

    If you ever have any feedback you’re not comfortable sharing in person, you’re welcome to share it anonymously here. Thank you for keeping me accountable.

  • Essential oils can be requested and incorporated into any session, but the space will be customized for client comfort and preference. If there are any sensitivities to scent or sound, please let me know so the space can be set for you. For a taste of the music you might hear during a session, check out the playlist on this page!
