Connective Tissue Massage

Find greater body awareness that you can carry out of session and into day-to-day through this practice of myofascial manipulation. The technique draws on principles of Structural Integration, working to organize your body in its relationship to gravity. 

In this collaborative and educational session, we’ll work together to understand your body and how you move through space, then build cues and imagery that will improve your body awareness.
