Hi, I’m Jess.

In my practice, you can expect sessions to involve a personalized combination of breathwork, shiatsu, Thai massage, acupressure, Reiki, and myofascial release.

I see my work as a collaboration in which you as a client are the expert of your own experience and empowered to play a part in your own healing and growth processes. Many clients come to me hoping to strengthen their mind-body connection, and improve how they feel and move on a daily basis.

I prioritize building a trusting relationship with all clients, because I believe that it is only from this foundation that we may explore your body’s history, injuries, chronic pain, and mental, emotional, or physical trauma in a safe and affirming way. I feel honored to be a part of this step in your path of self-care.

My hope is that each session feels like a container for exploration, connection, restoration, and grounding.

I am continually inspired by practitioners around me whose work is body-neutral, queer-, non-binary-, and trans-affirming, and grounded in active listening. As both a queer person and a therapist, I am passionate about cultivating a space like this for all clients: one that is safe, informative, and healing.

I come to this work from a career as a dance artist and performer. While dancing, I began to seek out impactful and informative means of care, and it was through this search that I found Structural Integration (SI). SI is a meeting of bodywork modalities that is both highly physical - dealing with chronic pain and injury - and highly emotional - working with the psychological history that lives within our tissues and creates varying levels of blockage and rigidity. These values and approaches are present in all of my sessions.

I enjoy working with clients that seek a deeper understanding of how they currently exist in their bodies, and how they might inhabit them with less discomfort, more space, and greater harmony.
