Through a session, we will exchange energy back-and-forth through still holding, which can be practiced hands on or with hands just off the body for folks looking for a modality that does not include touch.

A traditional Japanese healing technique that focuses on the energy channels of the body, Reiki is a gentle practice of laying-of-hands in varying positions to increase one’s life force energy, often promoting stress relief and centering, facilitating an ideal environment for your body to recover and heal.
